Does BillMadi work without internet?
Yes. Every sale is saved on your phone first and sent to your account when the connection returns. You need the internet to sign in, and about once a day after that.
How much does BillMadi cost?
It is free to start, with a daily limit on items. Paid plans are monthly and GST is added: Button Rs 49, Calculator Rs 99, Cafe Rs 249, Inventory Rs 349 and Inventory Plus Rs 399. Paying for a year saves 10%.
Can I give GST bills with BillMadi?
Yes. Add your legal name, address and GSTIN once, and BillMadi prints and shares tax invoices with the tax shown on every line.
Which languages does BillMadi work in?
English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu. You can change the language at any time from the top of the app.
Which printers work with BillMadi?
Bluetooth thermal receipt printers in 58 mm and 80 mm widths, from Chrome on Android or a computer. Any other printer works through the print screen of your phone or computer, including A4.
How does my customer get the bill?
Show the QR code or send the link. The whole bill travels inside the link itself, so the customer can open, save or print it, and it is never stored on our servers.
Can I run more than one shop?
Yes. Inventory Plus covers up to 25 shops under one owner, with separate logins for managers and billing staff and one dashboard across all of them.
