Cancellation and refund policy

In effect from 22 September 2026. This is version 1.0.

This policy is part of the Terms of Service between you and SAOFAL PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62011KA2026PTC223233, GSTIN 29ABUCS2103E1ZA), 3146, Commercial Space, Old Sante Maidan, Gandhinagar, Bangarpet, Kolar 563114, Karnataka, India. It says what happens when you stop paying for a BillMadi plan, and when money comes back to you.

1. Cancelling

You can stop at any time. Nothing renews by itself, so cancelling means simply not paying for the next period. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and the shop then drops back to the free level. Your records stay yours and are not deleted.

2. Refunds

If you paid for a plan for the first time and change your mind within 7 days, and you have not used the paid plan beyond what the free level allows, we refund the payment in full. Write to us within those 7 days.

If BillMadi fails to provide the paid features for more than 3 days in a row for reasons on our side, we refund the unused part of the period, counted by days.

Apart from these two cases we do not refund part of a period you have already started. If you move to a cheaper plan, the change starts when your current period ends, so nothing you have paid for is lost.

3. How a refund reaches you

Refunds go back to the card, UPI id or bank account you paid from, through Razorpay. We start the refund within 3 working days of agreeing it, and banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it. A credit note against your tax invoice is raised at the same time and is available in the app under Account.

4. Payments that did not go through

If money left your account but your plan did not switch on within 15 minutes, do not pay again. Write to us with the date and amount and we will either switch the plan on or refund the payment, whichever you prefer.

5. Asking
